LumiClinics Behavioral Wellness Center was founded by Christian and Kimberly Charvet. Christian is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care and Psychiatry, licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin and Rhode Island, and is recognized as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, a certification reflecting advanced training in diagnosing and treating ADHD at every age. Kimberly is a retired corporate leader with 30 years of experience and serves as Practice Manager.
How we work
Psychiatry and therapy sit in the same practice on purpose. When the person prescribing and the person doing the therapy can talk to each other, a medication change can be informed by what is happening in session, and therapy can account for what a medication is or is not doing. Splitting those across two practices means nobody sees the whole picture.
Who we see
Children, teenagers and adults. Evaluations, medication management, individual therapy, couples and family work, and ADHD testing, in person at 614 Academy Drive or by telehealth anywhere in Illinois.
