You can book online, or call and we will find a time. LumiClinics is appointment only, so please do not stop by without one.
Insurance
We accept applicable PPO plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Cigna. Send us your plan details before your first visit and we will tell you what yours covers. See insurance for more.
Telehealth
Telehealth appointments are available anywhere in Illinois. Many patients do the first appointment in person and follow-ups by video, though either can be done remotely.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. This website and our voicemail are not monitored for emergencies.
