I work with children, teens, and adults, and I have advanced certification as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider. My passion is helping people understand their brains, untangle overwhelm, and build the confidence that comes from having a clear, supportive treatment plan.

Before joining LumiClinics, I worked for years in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry at Advocate Lutheran General, Advocate Illinois Masonic, and across Advocate Health Care. During that time, I cared for patients across the lifespan — from children to older adults — through crisis stabilization, ADHD and mood-disorder management, and long-term support at every stage of life. Those experiences shaped my approach: calm, collaborative, and centered around actually understanding you — not just your symptoms.

In our work together, we’ll look at what’s getting in the way, what’s working, and what can be strengthened. I offer medication management, diagnostic clarity, and practical guidance for emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and executive-function challenges. My goal is simple: to help you feel grounded, capable, and supported.
